Mr. Usman Ahmed

CEO

Mr. Usman Ahmed is an Executive Director and heading the Company as Chief Executive Officer. He joined the Company in 2000 after completing his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University, USA. Mr. Usman carries with him rich experience of more than 20 years relating to oleo chemical industry and has a very strong understanding of the critical business drivers of the trade.

During his tenure at the Company, he remained involved in each and every aspect of business including operations, marketing, supply chain and finance departments. He played a pivotal role in expansion of the Company in Soap Noodles segment. His vision and mission is to transform Gamalux form a normal manufacturing facility to a world renowned oleo chemical plant in line with the global best practices and certifications. He was the founding Vice President of Bin Qasim Association of Trade and Industry (“BQATI”) and has also served as the Chairman of Pakistan Soap Manufacturers Association (“PSMA”) from 2018 to 2019. He is also current General Body member of Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce Industry (FPCCI) and Director of Pakistan Malaysia Business Council of FPCCI.

Mr. Salman Saeed

Director

Upon completing his education, Mr. Salman Saeed started working at Gamalux Oleo Chemicals (PVT) Ltd as a Production Director. It was with his constant efforts that Gamalux Oleochemicals started its laundry soap plant operations in 2005 & further ventured into beauty soap manufacturing with its own brands in the last quarter of 2007 & launched commercially in early 2008. He was involved in the fabrication, installation, and commissioning of all the soap manufacturing plants during his tenure here.
